Who we are

Tastemill is a service of Overly Dedicated Systems LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, USA ("we"). When you use Tastemill, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].

The service

You design an AI Character and pick a vibe. Each week of your plan, you get the weekly Drops of your plan. A Drop is 10 slideshows of 5 photos each (50 photos), with captions. The Drop of a week is made when you open the app in that week. A week with no open has no Drop. Unused Drops do not roll over.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use Tastemill.

Characters

• Every Character is a fictional adult made with AI.
• Do not make a Character that looks like a real person. Do not imitate a celebrity or another public person.
• Do not make a Character that is a minor or that looks like a minor.
• Tastemill is for safe-for-work content only. Do not ask for nude or sexual content.
• We can refuse a description or an upload that breaks these rules. We can stop an account that breaks them.

Your uploads

You can upload screenshots of an Instagram profile to show a vibe. You must have the right to upload them and to let us use them for your Theme. We use them only to find your vibe. We never show them to other customers and never deliver them.

AI disclosure

We do not put an AI label on your posts. When you post, you must obey the AI-disclosure rules of each platform and the rules of the FTC (and of your local law) on ads and endorsements. For example, turn on the AI tag of the platform.

Plans and payment

• The first design of a Character, her sheet and her free Theme board are free, one time for each verified email.
• A plan is monthly or annual. You pay in advance through Stripe. The plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
• An Extra Character is a one-time charge. It adds one Character to your plan. It does not renew.
• You can change or cancel your plan in Billing.
• When you cancel, Drops continue to the end of the paid month or year. Then you have 30 days to download your posts. After that, there are no new Drops and no downloads. We do not refund a period that you paid for.
• When a payment fails, Stripe tries the payment again. During that time, no new Drop starts. If all the tries fail, we cancel the plan.

EU and UK customers

Open question for the lawyer: the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, and the text of the waiver at checkout. This section has no decision yet.

Who owns the posts

You can use the posts and captions that we make for you, also for commercial use. Each Character that you make is an Exclusive Character. We never give her to another customer, also after your plan ends.

No promise of results

We do not promise reach, followers, sales or ad results. AI output can have errors. Check each post before you use it.

The service is "as is"

We give the service "as is" and "as available". To the limit that the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind.

Limit of liability

To the limit that the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data or reach. Our total liability is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are under the law of the State of Colorado, USA.

Changes

We can change these terms. When we change them, we change the date at the top of this page. If you use Tastemill after a change, you accept the new terms.
